My company Power Exchange Corporation is preparing to provide Direct Access to
service to two irrigation districts who received CTC exemptions.  We are in
process of evaluating MDMAs.  I received a list of parties who attended MDMA
certifications.

Is the CPUC going to provide MDMA services?  If not, I'm interested to learn
