PSWG Meter Communications Committee Meeting Agenda

PSWG Members/Attendees:

Following is an Agenda (thanks, Augie, for the draft!) for the upcoming
Meter Reading and Meter Data Management Committee meeting which will be
held next week on February 24, 1998 at the PG&E facilities in San Francisco.

Permanent Standards Working Group
Meter Reading and Meter Data Management Committee
Meeting Agenda – February 24, 1998
PG&E Building 77 Beale Street, San Francisco CA Room 308

1:15 PM – 5:00 PM, Room 308

1. Review this meeting's Agenda and adjust as necessary.

2. Discuss and come to agreement on voting and membership procedures for
this committee. Refer to the proposed Voting and Membership Procedure
proposal for the PSWG as a whole posted on the ORA Server on the (PSWG) page
on February 19, 1998.

3. Discuss the mission, purpose and goals of this committee.

4. Review and discuss the “Permanent Standards Working Group Issues”
document posted on the ORA Server on the (PSWG) page on February 11, 1998.

5. Review, discuss and come to agreement on the proposed scope of work of
this Committee. This should be based on the input included in items (3) and
(4)above as well as input obtained at this kick-off meeting of the Committee.

5. Discuss and come to agreement on a first draft work plan for this
Committee based on the agreed-upon scope of work.

6. Discuss and come to agreement on a proposed meeting schedule to
accomplish the work (one proposal: have all five PSWG meetings the third
week of each month with the same format as this week, i.e. two meetings of
subgroups on Tuesday and Wednesday, with the whole PSWG on Thursday; this
would need to be ratified by the whole PSWG). Meetings can include
face-to-face as well as teleconference calls.

7. Discuss and come to an agreement on the process to be used to accomplish
this committee’s work.
a) Utilize sub groups to draft proposals, or
b) Work independently to submit individual proposals, then discuss
electronically, refine, vote at regular Committee meetings,

8. Agree on and draft Agenda for the next meeting

Thanks!
