RSIF Additional Work



As indicated in the Retail Settlements and Information Flow workshop 
report, there are four areas of additional work identified as high priority 
issues. These issues are: billing data exchange, auditing & performance 
monitoring, distribution line losses, and load profile data exchange.

Recommendations to address these issues are to be submitted to the 
CPUC on August 15 in a supplement to the RSIF report. The purpose of 
this message is to inform you of efforts already underway to develop 
policy recommendations to the CPUC in each of these areas, and to 
communicate the schedule of meetings, drafting, commenting, and other 
opportunities you will have to participate in these issues during the next 
2 weeks. Pending discussion of billing data exchange issue scope, the 
load profile data exchange issue is temporarily included in the 
discussion of billing data exchange.

For each issue, the following schedule will apply:

8/5-6 Stakeholder meetings
	8/5, 1:30-4:30pm Dist line losses

	8/6, 9am-12pm Billing data exchange

8/8 Draft report to the DAI website
8/12 Comments on draft report due to each of the issue leads
8/15 Final report filed at CPUC
8/29 Comments to CPUC on final report
