Attached is an initial draft UDC proposal for distribution line loss
calculations in the new electric market. A stakeholder's meeting is
scheduled for Tuesday, August 5, 1997, 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. at the CPUC
Training Center, 505 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, CA to discuss this
