To RSIF workshop participants: The RSIF workshop report identified 3 areas of additional work as high-priority areas to be addressed with follow-up reports on August 15. Attached is the supplemental report on Distribution Loss Factors which was one of these areas (DLF820.DOC). The other two high-priority area supplemental reports, Data Quality and Integrity and UDC-ESP Communications, were filed and posted to this website on Monday August 18.
