The attached paper provides a brief review of the UDC DLF methodologies
and provides a series of technical and policy issues that I suggest
DLFWG pursue as part of its report back to the CPUC.

I believe these and similar comments are to be the principal topic of
discussion at the June 4 meeting of DLFWG.
