Enclosed is the July 31, 1998 draft of the DLFWG Report.
We plan to file the final report on August 7, 1998 assuming there are no
further substantive comments.
Any proposed additions or revisions must be submitted in writing. This

"Revision" mode of Word 6 to submit your comments, to simplify understanding
and making changes.
