Per the March 10 meeting of the PSWG sub group on meter
reading and MDMA, I promised to take a first cut at a
proposal for defining meter reading business functions and
requirements.
In addition, this document provides a simple and very-draft
starting point for requirements to be recommended to the
CPUC for the PS RE: meter reading. I challenge our group
to put forward alternatives and major modifications.
