Attached are the notes from the VEE meeting April 27, as well as revised
versions of the VEE rules and appendices.  There are two meetings next week:
1)  The interval data group will meet immediately after the UDC/MDMA meeting
May 5.
2)  The monthly data group will meet May 6 at SDG&E's Century Park offices at
8:00 am; directions are included in the meeting notes.
