Meter Installation Documents

The attached Subgroup 4 Activities list (MInstall.doc) references two
documents.

	Mdcs2.doc is the Joint Parties submittal to the CPUC. I suggest reviewing
pages 27 through 49.
	App_b724 is Appendix B.

I propose that with meeting flow as follows:
	1. acceptance of any additional activities. 
	2. Determination if this is a necessary and sufficient list.
	3. Review of the two documents to determine if they can act as a starting
point.
	4. Input on sub issues that need to be address for each of the items to be
covered. Special emphasis may be placed on Safety Issues and Joint Meets
since we have no starting document.
	5. Task assignments.
