PG&E DA Sample Letter



Attached is a sample copy of PG&E's Customer Notification Letter which is
sent to DA customers who are switching to direct access service, switching
ESPs, or returning to UDC bundled service.

PG&E does not yet have a standard form customer letter for "rejections." In
most cases, PG&E is not able to identify the customer from the information
provided by the ESP.  However, by working collaboratively, PG&E and the ESP
have generally been able to resolve the reason for the DASR rejection.
