EDI 814 Consistency Meeting in San Francisco

Folks:

Tuesday, September 15th the three California UDC's had a conference call and
decided the TS-814 needs further analysis to achieve a consistent DASR which
will work for all parties.  Our goal is to complete California's final
analysis and submit the 814 changes for inclusion to the UIG's 814 version
4010 up for approval next month.  It was proposed we have a working meeting
since tele-conferencing was to difficult, for this level of detail.

The meeting will be hosted by PG&E in San Francisco.

Our objective will be reach final agreement among the three UDC's and
various ESP's on how we proceed with the TS - 814 (DASR).  If we complete
the mapping of the 814 in the morning, the afternoon will cover other
California Deregulation issues for discussion at the UIG meeting in Miami.
