Agenda and Materials for 9/28/98 Meter Usage Data EDI Meeting

Attached are the agenda for the Monday, 9/28, meeting on migration of
meter usage data to EDI, and some of the draft materials to be
discussed:  configurations of meters/ recorders/ service delivery
points, usage-related requests for information and action, and data
content by transaction.  Also attached is an update of my draft EDI
implementation guideline for California meter usage data, updated from
our meetings and from my notes of the August UIG electric deregulation
task force (UIG-D) meeting in San Diego;  the official draft revision is
not quite out yet from UIG-D.  Materials that resulted from the 9/3
meeting, listed below, are available on the Rule 22 committee web site.
