SDGE EDI Implementation Schedule (corrected)

810 v3070 Billing (corrected)

SDGE has reviewed the Implementation Guide for Billing 810 v3070 and has
determined the development lead time to be 90 days.  SDGE will be ready
to begin testing in production 12/15/98 or 30 days after a decision is
made by the Rule 22 Group, but not before 12/30/98.   To convert all
ESPs currently doing ESP Consolidated Billing will require approximately
another 90 days.

814 v3070 DASR Enrollment and Maintenance Transactions 

SDGE has reviewed the Implementation Guides for all Enrollment and
Maintenance Transactions 814 v3070 and has determined the development to
be 120 days.  SDGE will be ready to begin testing in production 120 days
after a decision is made by the Rule 22 Group.  To convert all ESPs
currently doing business with SDGE will require approximately 90 days.
