Meter Usage Data Meeting Notes (11/9-10) & Announcement (12/3-4)

Attached are the meeting notes from the November 9-10 meeting of the Meter
Usage Data task group.  The group's next meeting will be Thursday December 3
(2 - 5 PM, after the Rule 22 meeting, Room 4211), and Friday December 4
(8:30 AM - 5 PM, Room 4206) at the CPUC, 505 Van Ness Ave., San Francisco.

Note in the 11/9-10 meeting notes that certain issues (e.g., reporting of
simply beginning and ending dates for data reported each month rather than
reasons for opening and closing reads, and reporting of a single type of
data for each billing cycle) are identified for being highlighted at the
next OCC meeting.
