Meter Specific Services Update & Edison's 11/20 Meeting

	Tommorrow SCE is hosting a meeting to address certain metering
issues.  That meeting was called in response to issues raised at the most
recent Rule 22 committee meeting.  The SCE meeting is not part of the
regular Meter Services Subgoup (MSS) process.  One of the agenda items on
SCE's meeting agenda is:

>  "How this meeting relates to other efforts, ie. OCC and other subgroups".

> In an attempt to support that discussion, a summary of the prioritized
> issues identified by the MSS Working Group is attached.  Sixteen active
> issues were identified for action for future meetings.  Additionally, four
> outstanding policy issues have surfaced as follows:
> 	1.  Credit adminstration and the tie to scheduling
> 	2.  Cancelling of DASRs
> 	3.  Switch dates of unscheduled meter changes
> 	4.  EDI transactions - which transactions and is there commitment
> The Credit issue has been returned to OCC for action and Janie Mollon of
> New West Energy volunteered to lead this effort.   The remaining policy
> and open issues are unassigned at this point in time.
