All interested parties are invited to attend a meeting to discuss the issue
of DA Dual Billing, coupled with a Change of Party request to redirect the
bill.  We have already been communicating with all Rule 22 members that
previously expressed an interest in this topic. This message is being sent
to the broader Rule 22 list to ensure that everyone is included.
