Results of July 23 Meter Usage Data Task Group Meeting

The attached document contains a draft for the Meter Usage Data Task Group's
(MUDTG) report pursuant to D.99-07-007, and other materials resulting from
the 7/23/99 MUDTG meeting.  Thanks very much to all who participated, for a
very productive discussion.  The report to the CPUC would consist of the
first page, Attachment A, and Attachment B -- the rest is for ongoing MUDTG
work and would not be in the report to the CPUC.  A previous draft was
circulated on 7/23/99 for review by the MUDTG participants, and comments
from PG&E and SCE have been incorporated in redlining.

If anyone has additional comments that would result in changes to the
report, please let me know if possible by August 16 so that they can be
raised for discussion, if needed, at the MUDTG meeting on August 20 in San
Francisco.  The report is due to the CPUC by August 23.

In addition, please let me know of any issues that should be added to the
list of open issues, which follows the draft of the report to the CPUC,
preferably by August 16, so they can also be discussed at the 8/20 meeting.
