To all:
I have completed incorporation of comments and edits from the Rule 22
Group. The letter for extension will be sent via hand delivery to the
Executive Director of the Commission today. The letter will also be sent
to ALJ John Wong, David Gamson, Steve Roscow, and the restructuring
service list (R.94-04-031 and I.94-04-032). I have notified Steve Roscow
that the letter will be hand delivered to Mr. Franklin today and served on
the other parties by regular mail.
