The attached Workshop Report on VEE issues was filed today by the Energy
Division. The second document in this posting is "Attachment 3" of the
Workshop Report, which is the "MAVI Update" circulated May 14, 1999 by
the MDMA and VEE Issues Committee. It is posted separately in order to
