Attached is final PSWG Report filed with the CPUC on July 29.  The files
are in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format.  They are being posted in Acrobat
format for the following reasons: (1) The formatting remains consistent
between platforms and printers; and (2) the files are smaller which may
avoid the problem of large e-mail files being rejected by some mail
systems.

Since PG&E filed the document with the CPUC, I can't guarantee that the
page breaks are exactly the same, but it should be very close, i.e.
table of contents lists the correct page number.
