Section 5

Determination

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS POTENTIALLY AFFECTED

The environmental factors checked below would be potentially significantly affected by this project, involving at least one impact that is identified on the checklists on the previous pages as "Potentially Significant Unless Mitigation Incorporated."

DETERMINATION

On the basis of this initial evaluation, I find that the proposed project will not have a significant effect on the environment because the changes to the project agreed to by the applicant prior to release of this Initial Study for public review, which changes are included within this Initial Study as mitigation measures, would avoid or mitigate the significant effects identified in the Initial Study.
