Attached are 1. the revised letter to ALJ Wong showing changes vs. the
earlier revision, 2. the revised certification test showing changes, and 3.
a clean version of the revised certification test.

Please e-mail me comments by 3 pm Thursday, 11/13, or please join us on the
conference call at that time.
