Minutes 2-23-98

All,

Attached are the minutes from 2-23-98 (thanks Tom Lofgren!). There are a
number of action items, including some items the UDCs were checking, some
items PG&E will clarify in the VEE (including a conference call on a
couple), and some items referred to the Rule 22 Working Group, which I will
attend tomorrow and raise these issues. 

I will contact you shortly about the date and time of the next meeting.
