Attached is the latest draft of the proposed communication standards for
Direct Access related transactions.  It is saved as a rich text document
to overcome software variations.  As requested in Julie Blunden's status
report, please forward this document for review to the key
decision-makers within your respective organizations and request their
input.  This will increase the usefulness of the comments due on Tuesday
(8/5) and the productivity of the Wednesday (8/6) meeting.
