PSWG Plenary,

Below is the proposed language for on-site interrogation & data retrieval as 
assigned to Tim in the last PSWG Plenary meeting on 4/1/98:
 
"A meter used in Direct Access shall display the total KWH energy consumption 
as a minimum.  If a meter or meter device is capable of storing load profile 
billing data in its memory for a period of a minimum of xx days (any period, 
7 days, 15 days, or 30 days?), it must have an optical port or another 
physical communication connection for on-site interrogation and load profile 
data retrieval."
