Revised PSWG Glossary

Attached are two files which are the same document of the revised PSWG
Glossary.  In this revised Glossary, I added some clarification comments and
deleted all comments and terms that are not used in the PSWG report.  If the
terms later found used in the report, they can be added back in.  

If the PSWG agrees with the changes, I  propose that PSWG vote on the clean
document so that it saves editing time later.
