and you thought it was over... I think this is just about done, HOWEVER
there are a few things I still want to check with you.

1) MDM Technical Support and MDM Performance Exemptions(Sections IV and VI
of Appendix C) were included in the vote on the VEE on July 13. I want to
make sure everyone knew that. I've also moved Enron and First Point over to
"Yes" column, since they expressed their only reservation was on the PG&E
proposal for monthly VEE.Please get back to me if the vote is incorrect.

2) The recommendation that VEE be effective 90 days after the decision was
added to the Exec Summary. (I checked with Kathy Smith)

3) Also there was some clarification in the language on Table II.3.1-a of
Appendix A.

So please give it the final once over and then it's off to CPUC land. (rtf
version in separate e-mail.)
