Attached is the revised document "G4s1-9a.doc" of Section I, Meter Worker
Requirements, which took in the write-up that Paul Nelson posted last week.
This document includes two proposals (one previously prepared by Tim
Vahlstrom (PG&E) and the other recently prepared by Paul Nelson (SCE)) on
the administration of certification, qualification and disqualification
process which are called Model #1 and #2.  These models are presented
pictorially in the document and intended to facilitate the group
discussions.
