Internet EDI 7/1 Meeting Notes & Related Documents

Attached are the draft meeting notes (edi70199.doc) for the July 1 meeting
of the Internet EDI task group, including corrections to the June 3 meeting
notes that were made at the July 1 meeting.  We had a very productive
discussion that covered a lot of topics, so it's quite possible that others
who were at the meeting would like to have some topics addressed in more
detail than I have done -- if that's the case, please let me know what
additions you would like to make, so that we can consider them along with
any other corrections during our next meeting on August 18 (in San Diego).

Also attached are the list of meeting attendees (edinetwg.doc), and comments
that Dick Brooks asked me after the meeting to send to task group
participants (brooks.zip).  To reduce the size of this email, Dick's email
and attachments have been placed in a compressed file that can be extracted
using PKZIP, WinZip, or similar programs.  Two presentations have been
placed on the Rule 22 web site
(http://ora.ca.gov/wk-group/dai1999/buccigross.ppt and
http://ora.ca.gov/wk-group/dai1999/tsucalas.ppt), and Verisign's
presentation will be made available once I receive it.  If anyone needs to
receive these files (from brooks.zip or from the web site postings) directly
via email, just let me know at jep@cpuc.ca.gov.  One of Dick's attachments
concerns the convergence of the EDI-INT and GISB protocols, and Dick is
interested in feedback from anyone who wishes to comment.
