URG: PSWG report

All,
One issue that never got quite resolved in the plenary was how to handle the
final vote or whether we really needed a final vote. At this point, since
there are so many entities involved in the editing, I feel comfortable that
a final vote is not necessary and will only confuse matters.

As an alternative, I will be posting the work done during the edit session
each evening. It will have revision marks which can be activated if you are
interested in what changed. Feel free to e-mail comments or page me at (415)
217-6321. This will provide folks who aren't here physically the opportunity
to participate in the editing process.

All individual comments and minority reports must be to me by COB Friday,
July 17. They will be pasted into the report unedited. Parties may rebut
these alternative views during the comment period which follows the filing
of the report.

I will send out the final report the following week. At which point the only
comments I will solicit will be for typos or misplaced punctuation.

Thanks all for your cooperation. And for any of you who will be in SF
Thursday, we will be having one heck of a celebration!!! (location to be
determined and announced in tomorrow's e-mail)

Kirsten

PS: Today, we edited up to page 12. We inserted a definition of C12.19
provided by Richard Tucker and will start tomorrow's discussion at that
point. I'm also attaching a write up Jamie Patterson provided for the Meter
Hardware section. That will be discussed as well.
