Attached are the Interval and Monthly VEE recommendations from the VEE team for
consideration at the MDMA/Meter Reading PSWG meeting 6/23.  (I had some
problems with Word formatting - I think I got them all cleared up, but don't
guarantee it 100%).  The files include a summary report, interval rules and
appendix, and monthly rules
