Attached are sections 1 and 2, Meter Worker Qualification and Meter
Installation based on the May 13th Sub Group 4 meeting.
Those with assignments should annotate this version of the document.
Sections IID and IIE are undergoing a major revision. Inputs should be
submitted to me at mwynne@uoc.com by May 19th for forwarding to the
subcommittee preparing the revisions.
The subject of meter installation at new construction is under review
(Section II.D.4). If you have an opinion on if it is option for MSPs and if
so what the requirements are, please send thos along to me at mwynne@uoc.com
