Attached are copies of the final draft of Sections 3 (Meter Maintenance), 4
(Meter Testing) and 5 (Meter Calibration).

At the May 13 PSWG Group 4 Meter Installation, etc. meeting these sections
will be approved for submittal to the Plenary.
