The draft materials for the next Meter Specific Transactions meeting are
attached. Thanks to those who responded to the priorities matrix! Keep the
responses coming, as it will make the meeting more productive. Please RSVP
if you plan to attend so we are prepared!

Agenda and Materials:
1. Finalize the Implementation Materials for the new business processes and
forms. The materials include:
<<MCGENERALINSTRUCTIONS.doc>> <<MIGENER2.doc>> These are incomplete
draft materials for the new processes. We expect to add more by Monday, but
please review for basic content and understanding. (A special Thanks to
Teresa Acuna -SDG&E and Noosheen Swad - SCE for putting together the "first"
draft chapter for OCC manual!! It's a great start.)
2. Prioritize outstanding work for the Meter Specific Transactions work
group. The list of priorities is next. Please use the following rating
(based on OCC):
Remember our agreed upon priority values are:
1. Obstacles to doing business today
2. Have work arounds but it is painful
3. Surviving but needs ultimate resolution

the meeting on Monday and have an opinion!
3. EDI Overview for Meter Specific Transactions - Jim has provided draft
materials and will discuss how EDI might work for the transaction we are
developing.
